We are a registered foreign investment consulting limited company approved by the Chinese authority to operate in Beijing. Our Chairman and major shareholder, Mr. Liu Sung Tao (M.B.A) is a Singaporean.

Mr. Liu was born in Swatow, China but raised in Cambodia. He studied French in Vietnam, is multi-lingual and has a MBA degree from the USA. A neutralized Singapore citizen with years of experience in business administration, Mr. Liu published a Chinese-language book entitled "Singapore in Global Vision" where he made many suggestions on ways that Singapore can become a better society.

Our business principle is to provide small to medium Singapore and Chinese entrepreneurs in search of business opportunities with feasible studies, viable investment projects and marketing plans.

In association with Beijing Shichahai Sport School, a major national sport talents training academy, SIC has put together a special tour package that combines sightseeing, sports and language lessons for youths around the world. We believe we are the only company which offers a package providing visits to Beijing's historical sights as well as opportunities to train with the top chinese athletes and coaches at Beijing well-known sport academy and to learn native Mandarin language in China's capital.
